     The roots of the Bus & coach factory "SANOS" Skopje, are dating since  far 1930 year, when the factory was actually a workshop for reparation and production with a bit more of 30 workers.

     In fact the factory it self  was founded in 1946, as a state owned factory, under he name FAS 11 Oktomvri ad Skopje, spread on area of 142.000m² with plants for production and service, administrative buildings, warehouses, workshops and  complete infrastructure.

     The strong efforts and enthusiasm of the whole production and management team, contributed to transform in time this factory in one of the biggest manufacturers of busses & coaches in Europe and worldwide also.

     Under the trademark "SANOS", in the factory were produced  all types of buses midi buses, coaches, special airport vehicles and trolley buses in cooperation with the associates, which  successfully lasts until the liquidation in year 2001 , when the production was temporarily stopped.

     In April 2004  the ownership of the factory was transformed, when  company UNITIRES bought the factory , and thanks to the  owner’s experience and interest in the automotive production, the factory was promptly restarted  under the new name - Bus and Coach Factory "SANOS" and the production was renewed  and modernized achieving the quality that matches the latest standards in the production of busses & coaches worldwide. The production  nowadays is mainly driven by sophisticated electronic. It enables easy managing and control of the whole system.

     Using the experience and knowledge that has been gained over more decades of the existence of the factory and the cooperation with Mercedes-Benz, started in the far 1967 with licensed agreement for technical and technological cooperation, our company  continues to produce powerful vehicles which are the latest achievement in the  large field of traffic and public transport.

     In one word,  we dare say , depending on the regime of work and the road conditions,  our vehicles provide high security in the exploitation, low consumption of fuel, comfort and good performance, long lasting and easy maintenance, as well as  pleasure while driving.
